First prize is a $100 Target gift card, and second prize is a hand-made Boo Basket full of gifts and goodies! The Halloween Raffle promotion gives lots of opportunities for a chance to win. Doing certain things earns tickets, which then go into the Halloween bucket for the two big drawings.
